After years of struggling with
computers and software, I have become fully qualified
to offer advice on (as contrasted to solve) virtually any computer problem. If you are
having any problems viewing this website, try the
following:
1. Make sure web browser is Internet Explorer or Netscape 4.0 or higher
2. If using a system like AOL, minimize it and start an independent Explorer or Navigator session
3. Clear Browser history and temporary files
4. If using Internet Explorer, hold down the shift key and refresh the page, to make sure you have the latest version
5. Make sure Cookies are enabled (for Message Board use)
6. Upgrade Operating System
7. Buy a new computer
8. Take two aspirins and call me
in the morning
If, after the above actions, you are
still having problems, you probably have mistaken a
website feature for a bug and are using the site
incorrectly.
